Please upload vaccine records at the bottom of the page. If coming for Day & Train or Board & Train all Dogs are required to have: Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella (kennel cough vaccination). The vets give Bordetella once a year, however, for boarding or day & train, we require the Kennel Cough vaccine to be updated every 6 months. If your dog is coming to Class or Private Lessons dogs are required to be current with Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella. All Puppies must have their second set of Puppy Shots and stay on track for all vaccines. Good Dog Paws must have a copy of your dog’s shot record from your veterinarian, including a Rabies Certificate. All dogs must be on a flea and tick program. All dogs need to be on a deworming program.

PLEASE NOTE: PA Kennel Licensing Laws do not allow us to have unspayed and unneutered pups playing together after 6 months of age. Therefore, at 7 months of age your unspayed or unneutered dog may come to Good Dog, will get exercise and attention from staff, but will not be in group play. Since they must have their own pen and individual time there is an additional $20 per day fee.

AGREEMENT TO HOLD HARMLESS: I hereby waive and release NOLAN-CARLSON CANINE (DBA: Good Dog Paws) it's members and agents from any and all liability of any nature, for injury or damage, which my dog or I may suffer, including specifically, but without limitation, any injury or damage resulting from the action of any dog. I expressly assume the risk of such damage or injury while attending any training sessions, or other functions of the Good Dog Paws or while on the training grounds or other training areas thereto. I understand that there is no refund for Good Dog Paws' training or boarding service. I understand that training is a process and I must participate daily in my dog's training in order to see results. I understand that if I purchase a package of lessons, I must use those sessions within 90 days of the first lesson. I understand that by having my dog trained by Good Dog Paws, I agree to Good Dog Paws using my dog in pictures and videos on Facebook or other training sites.
